Everything you need before your visit.
How we bill, which medical aids we work with, what to bring on your first visit, and a few of the questions we hear most.
Fees
Most treatments are billed direct to your medical aid. For cash patients, we give a written quote before any work begins — no surprises at the end of the chair.
Medical aids we work with
We process claims direct with the major Zimbabwean medical aids. Bring your member number and ID on your first visit.
- CIMAS
- First Mutual
- PSMAS
- Premier Medical Aid
- Generation Health
- Allied Health Insurance
Your first visit
Plan for about 45 minutes. Bring your ID and medical-aid card. If you’ve had treatment elsewhere, bring any X-rays or records you have. If you’re anxious — and a lot of people are — tell us at the door so we can take it slower.
Questions we hear most
-
Does it hurt?
We numb before we drill, and we work slowly. You can raise your hand to stop us at any time. Most appointments end up much calmer than people expect.
-
Do you see children?
Yes — from first teeth onward. We keep the appointment short, friendly, and at the child’s pace.
-
What if it’s an emergency?
Call or WhatsApp us in the morning if you can — we hold same-day slots for pain, broken teeth, and lost crowns. Outside hours, send a WhatsApp; we check it before opening.
-
Which medical aids do you take?
CIMAS, First Mutual, PSMAS, Premier Medical Aid, Generation Health, and Allied Health Insurance. We bill direct so you don’t pay then chase a refund.
-
How long until I get an appointment?
Usually within a few days for routine visits, same-day for emergencies. Send a request — we’ll confirm by WhatsApp with the next slot that works.
Ready to book?
Pick a time — we’ll confirm by WhatsApp.
